What to Expect
A session with Michael is a time to empty yourself of all pressures, over-efforting, and self-judgment.
Although I have an intuitive side, what I do is not about ‘being psychic.’ It is about redirecting your focus toward a deeper dimension inside you so the answers that may have seemed absent can be found. How this unfolds is different at different times.
Sometimes this means supporting you to connect with your own Spirit Guides. Sometimes it means emotional healing and transformation through acceptance and Presence.
Sometimes session time means opening to sacred silence, quietly bathing in and becoming aware of spiritual energy.
The key is to be open and present. I don't believe there is a magic spiritual technique to bring about relaxation, bliss, change, or enlightenment. The magic is in your heart.
Our time together is experiential… It is about waking up to your Universal Self.
How it Works
If you are in the San Francisco area, I welcome sessions in person. I have a massage table and sometimes use it, depending on what you want. We may use it for energy healing or healing touch. I want to say I am not a CMT, but I have been mistaken for one.

For many people, the written word short circuits old patterns and carves a path toward change. There is a natural sense of space while reading, and you can think about what you want to say and you have time to digest what's been said.

Your task is simple: Write naturally, in your own style. Ponder some questions or statements of intent and this will begin our inspired dialogue. Treat this as a meditation. One, two, or three paragraphs is usually all that is needed. The power is in the dialogue and energy field we create.
The energy builds in the dialogue and each exchange offers you a pivot point to help give you more calm, clarity, and the remembrance that you are truly supported and you are not alone, and that you are always loved…. by me and by all of Creation.
